James Harris, Owner

James Harris is a Washington State attorney with extensive experience practicing mass torts, product liability and personal injury for almost three decades.  Mr. Harris has represented clients in cases against pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, chemical companies, and organizations that have allowed sexual abuse of minors. 

Mr. Harris received his Juris Doctor degree from the Seattle University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Washington State. He has achieved numerous multi million dollar settlements/verdicts for his clients. 

Mr. Harris currently represents thousands of claimants nationwide in the following litigations:

James Humann is an experienced trial attorney licensed and admitted to practice in state and federal courts in California and Florida. James passionately represents his clients' interests and has a proven track record for achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

James was born in Tarrytown, New York and was raised on the west coast of Florida. He obtained his undergraduate degree at Florida State University and graduated cum laude from the FSU College of Law. After graduating law school, James joined a respected litigation firm in Tampa, Florida. In 1997, James was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
